There is a wealth of online resources to help you find the college of your choice. You can find out about the types of courses and programs offered, lifestyle on various campuses, and even if your college is accredited.

The Department of Education has a searchable database of accredited postsecondary educational institutes recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education.

The Occupational Outlook Handbook published by the United States Department of Labor gives information on the training and education required, expected earnings, long-term job prospects, the working conditions for various careers and links to state specific job market information.

The Occupational Information Network is an interactive Web-based tool providing information on skills and training required for different occupations.
